Transform & Heal Deeply
Beautiful Friend,
When the inner world changes, the outer world rearranges.
A single medicine journey is one of the most profound gifts you can offer yourself. You will enter this space with intention, prepare with care, and be gently guided to explore the deeper layers of your subconscious, from where unexpected healing can unfold.
Together we open the door to a sacred realm where expanded states of awareness allow you to travel both upward into higher dimensions and downward into corners of your subconscious which are otherwise not accessible. Here, we focus on connections and interrelations hidden from daily consciousness.
Patterns formed in childhood, coping mechanisms that once served but now limit you begin, to dissolve under the light of your presence and awareness. A journey like this is an awakening, a homecoming, a rite of passage.
It is not an ordinary path but one chosen by visionaries, shamans, healers, and seekers for thousands of years. See the medicine as a sacred ally. One that helps you transcend the edges of your conditioned minds, and invites you into a realm where seeing, feeling, and understanding move beyond the possible and into your truth.

Are you Ready For The Process?
Why this work is so impactful, some facts:
- 1.Understanding the power of your subconscious, becoming aware how unconscious patterns are leading your life and hindering you to move forward.
- 2.Reconnecting to feelings you once suppressed for good reason will help you feel more alive, more whole and more yourself.
- 3.Understanding your inner operating system, your patterns, your behaviour in order to enhance self- awareness.
- 4.Connecting the dots between events in a new and often unexpected way will enable you to see and understand your life in a better way.
- 5.Exploring the core relationships of your life (parents, partner, children, colleagues) to enable deeper relating
- 6.What is the next chapter of your life and what do you need to transform for you to become whole and at home within yourself?
The Process
Preparation:
Preparation is everything. Your journey begins about two weeks in advance. During this time, we will meet for a prep session to explore key aspects of your life, assess your current situation , clarify your intentions, and shape the vision for your journey.
The Journey:
Your journey will take place over 20 hours in the peaceful setting of my home. The session itself lasts between 4 and 6 hours. Before we begin, I will take time to explain what you can expect, how to navigate the inner landscape, and ensure that you feel grounded, completely safe, and fully supported.
Landing:
We will close the session gently between 9pm and 10pm with a dinner and a moment of integration.
The Day After:
The following morning we begin the most essential part: the “integration process”. Together, we will revisit the entire experience step by step, making space for your insights to ensure that you understand their meaning and impact. Even if not all memories are clear, the music (an integral part of the process) will help you reconnect with emotions and realisations that you had the night before. Finally, we will outline 10 key steps to weave the experience into your daily life.
We will have a 40 min conversation (Zoom) to see:
- If a journey can help you with this specific topic
- If you have done enough work previously to embrace the intensity of a journey
- If your expectations about this work are realistic
- If we like each other
The Journey (a 24-hour Full Immersion)
You will be arriving at my house in the afternoon (time will be confirmed depending on the season / sunset) and leave the next day around 1pm
We will start with a check in to see if anything came up since our last session (your prep session) and together, we will re-define your Journey- intention and discuss the Journey- flow.
The Journey itself will be 5 to 6 hours long.
We will close with a light meal around 10pm.
The next morning:
Breakfast, meditation, check-in, followed by your integration session.
In this session we will revisit the main areas of your experience. We will listen to some of the music I played to work on specific topics. The music will bring back feelings and memories. My notes will support this process. Like this, we “unpack the experience” step by step, make sense of it all, go deeper into meaning and impact and wrap it all up.
The session takes about 3 to 4 hours.
Prep Session (your Life Story)
This session will take place 7 to 10 days before your Journey (I refer to your psychedelic session as your “Journey”). We will be looking at your life from birth. Your story and story- telling enables me to get a deeper sense of who you are, to understand your emotional landscape and define the topics, which we can work on.
This session will help me to explain where are you standing within your healing process.
At the end of the session, we will focus on your “Intention”, meaning we will work on that one question which will serve as your guideline and red thread throughout your Journey.
(Length of your prep session: 2.5/ 3h including my time)
Music will help you to access feelings, to travel to deeper layers of your subconscious. A big part of my training was to learn how to navigate your emotional landscape. Some guides are working with a “one-for-all” playlist and the client listens to hours of ongoing music. My school is very different. The tracks I am choosing will specifically guide you into a specific scene of your life, help you to connect and help you to remember what you feel back then. Feeling it versus understanding it is the difference between this particular therapy form and all the other therapeutic schools.
Journey Playlist
An individual playlist will be compiled for your Journey. You will receive this playlist after your journey. It will help you to go back to the experience in the 2/3 weeks after the experience. I used the music to “anchor” certain moments, insights and memories. Later you will be able to access these moments and insights again by listening to the music. You will receive your individual playlist via WhatsApp / Spotify.
Welcome to the Preparation Week of Your Journey!
You are embarking on a unique and unconventional path to delve into your subconscious and the unconscious part of your psyche. The “medicine” will lead you to uncharted territories, revealing things you may not have noticed before, intensifying aspects you may have preferred to avoid, and facilitating healing where it is needed.
During this week, you have the opportunity to actively support this deeply transformative process by making appropriate preparations. As you know from other areas of your life: if you wish to have a return on your investment – you will have to invest first.
How can you invest? Here is a list of important steps:
From Monday (week of Journey)
- The gates to your subconscious are opening slowly. The more space and attention you dedicate to the process, the better. And the more you will be able to harvest.
- It is helpful to take a moment every day to meditate, journal and prepare yourself for your experience. If you manage to write one page early in the morning, late at night – or whenever you feel that something is coming up, you will support the process in an important way.
- If you wake up at night, there is a reason for it. Please take a notebook and just start writing. Something might want to be noticed.
- Observe anything, which can be related to your Journey or your Journey Intention. Many people report that “weird things are happening” before the day. The process of healing follows different rules. After so many years in the space, I can affirm that the universe adjusts in different ways when we decide to become more whole, to heal, to grow.
- Please observe your dreams and write them down.
- Please do let me a voice message on Wednesday to let me know how you are.
Important / Food
- Please eat vegan from Monday (no dairy products, no animal products).
- Please do not drink alcohol that week and avoid any drugs.
- Do you have any allergies (e.g., Gluten)? Is there anything you are not eating (dinner,
breakfast)?
Please let me know by Tuesday so that I can adjust my cooking.
On the Day
- Thank you for avoiding stress, long work meetings or rushing around on the day of your Journey. Do know that this work requires quite a lot of energy. If you arrive exhausted you will be tired and not able to hold the energy, be present, make the most of it. Make sure to have a good night sleep the night before.
- Please do not drink any coffee after 12.00
- Drink a lot of water
- Do not eat after 13.00 but have a good breakfast / brunch as you will only eat again at
10/11pm
- Please bring your journal and notes so that we can integrate your thoughts into our prep session
- If nervous – let me know (your messages are welcome at any time).
Arrival time in Kew
Please confirm the arrival time with me. In winter we start earlier (sunset) and in summer later. Arrival time varies between 14.30 and 16.30.

Your Journey Report
Journaling will be your most important tool throughout the process. To get the best out of your experience you will be writing a summary of your Journey, based on all the notes you accumulated so far. This summary is called the: “Journey Report”.
Writing will help you access subconscious layers, and to remember what you experienced in the lead-up to, during and after the Journey. Through writing you will store your findings/revelations and anchor them (create new grooves/ see quote below).
Your Journey Report is a key element of our work together. Your writing is extremely important and helpful. Not only to make the most of your experience but also to lay a foundation for future journeys, should you wish to continue this work.
My Journey Assessment
I will be taking notes throughout all our sessions and during your Journey. This will help me to keep track and to summarize the experience. Once you send your Journey Summary, I will be adding my comments and transfer relevant notes into a Journey Assessment. This has proven to be a very helpful guideline for you and a highly efficient way to harvest all the insights and realisations of your experience. My assessment will also include your integration steps.
Your integration process is a most important part of this experience. How can you integrate your insights into your everyday life? What is needed to create “new grooves”, patterns and habits after this intensive deep dive?
Below you find important guidelines for the weeks to come. Your integration work is a work of precision, I would therefore like to kindly remind you: the more you invest, the more you will get out of it.
1. Self- Care for a gentle landing
Please do remember that your energy system is wide open, please practice the “art of exquisite self- care”: a salt Bath, walks in nature, a massage, meditation & stillness. Numbing (alcohol, working too much and distractions) will facilitate your system to shut down faster, hence interrupt or stop the process.
2. Writing – Journaling
It is most important to journal. Ideally without pressure or having preconceived ideas about what to say. The question is, what wants to emerge once you put your pen on paper? This practice is known as intuitive writing – don’t overthink, and simply allow the words to flow from your subconscious. Initially, you may feel some resistance, but by staying the course, you will be amazed by the unexpected insights and messages that begin to surface.
We access the subconscious through intuitive writing, especially after a Journey, as the gates to the subconscious are still open.
3. Your playlist – How to use it
Ideally take a moment, light a candle, start with 3minutes of silence, choose a song and listen eyes closed. You will be able to reconnect with your subconscious. During your Journey, we anchored insights, emotional states or memories through a particular song. By listening to the music, you will be able to remember and this can be a door opener to go deeper.
It is useful to write after you listened.
4. Journey Report
The best way to proceed is to open a page in your journal (or a document on your computer) and add your thoughts as they come. Starting immediately after your experience ensures that you capture and retain all valuable insights while they are still fresh in your mind.
You will look at your life with a different perspective, as insights will continue to emerge, helping you in navigating new terrain, changing patterns that no longer serve you, or rebuilding your relationships.
Writing is the greatest favour you can do for yourself and the best way to support your inner growth.
In my group, we discovered that the themes and topics that surfaced during our sessions tend to unfold and deepen in the following 2 to 3 weeks, hence allowing continued growth, insight, and transformation and making it crucial to stay attentive and engaged with the process.
How to write your summary/ report:
• One brief paragraph about the circumstances surrounding you at the time of your session. Were there any significant factors at play during that time, or were you grappling with particular challenges?
- Mention your Intention
- Summarise the experience, main insights, main topics
- The Integration, the steps and to dos as we discussed in our session the next morning
- Add a chapter about what happened within the 10 -14 days after
When the inner world changes, the outer world rearranges
You will read your summary with much gratitude in the future. It’s impressive to go back after a while and realise how much this experience affected your life and how much has actually changed. Writing plays a significant role in this process, as it helps solidify previously subconscious thoughts and emotions, ensuring that they remain accessible and present in the forefront of your conscious mind.
Our Integration Session – about 10 days after your Journey:
In our Integration Session, we will thoroughly discuss your Journey- Report and my Journey- Assessment. We will align our insights to make sure that you are fully on track and that you can integrate this experience into your everyday life.
(This session takes 1.5h)
“And there’s a wonderful metaphor that one of the neuroscientists gave me. He said, think of the mind as a snow-covered hill and your thoughts as sleds going down that hill. Over time, the more runs of the sled, the deeper the grooves. It becomes very hard to go down the hill without getting drawn into the grooves. They become attractors.
Think of the psychedelic experience as a fresh snowfall that fills all the grooves and allows you once again to go down the hill, along another route, any route you want. I thought that was a beautiful metaphor.”
Michael Pollan / Interview Krista Tippet / Onbeing Podcast
Expanded States
The multi-layered experience of our human life
An intentionally guided journey into an expanded state of consciousness is the fiercest, most honest way to explore the roots of suffering that I have thus found. It brings you face-to-face with your psychological wounds and the way they appear in our body as tension, numbness and dissociation. An inner journey encompasses the multi-layered experience of our human life. We can reach the undiscovered corners of our psyche in a way that remains unmatched by other therapeutic modalities.

Snow-covered hills
Think of psychedelic experience as a fresh snowfall

About Alexandra
The many years of working on myself, undergoing training and helping people to heal and grow has left me with a strong sense of responsibility, deep gratitude and humility. I believe that by embarking on this journey of self-discovery and inner growth, humanity can transcend divisions, bridge differences and cultivate a shared sense of unity while honouring mother nature and the dignity of all sentient beings. Your wound is probably not your fault but your healing is your responsibility. This sentence has been a guiding light. I hope my work can serve as a contribution.
